WILD SALMON WITH PRESSED GARLIC, SOY AND HERB 

INGREDIENTS:

  •  6 OZ FILET OF SALMON
  • 2 TEASPOONS OF SOY SAUCE
  • 1 SERVING OF OLIVE OIL
  • 2 CLOVES OF PRESSED GARLIC
  • 1 SERVING OF FRESH ITALIAN HERBS
  • 1 DASH OF TUMERIC
  • 1 SERVING OF PEPPER



DIRECTIONS:

  1. MARINATE SALMON WITH MIX OF 2 TEASPOONS OF SOY SAUCE, 2 CLOVES OF PRESSED GARLIC, 1 SERVING OF FRESH ITALIAN HERBS, 1 DASH OF TUMERIC AND 1 SERVING OF PEPPER 1/2 HOUR BEFORE COOKING.
  2. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
  3. PLACE SALMON ON BAKING TREY AND COOK FOR APPROXIMATELY 14-15 MINUTES IN CENTER OF OVEN AFTER MARINATING.
  4. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOKING TREY.
  5. SERVE AND ENJOY!
