WILD SALMON WITH PRESSED GARLIC, SOY AND HERB
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 OZ FILET OF SALMON
- 2 TEASPOONS OF SOY SAUCE
- 1 SERVING OF OLIVE OIL
- 2 CLOVES OF PRESSED GARLIC
- 1 SERVING OF FRESH ITALIAN HERBS
- 1 DASH OF TUMERIC
- 1 SERVING OF PEPPER
DIRECTIONS:
- MARINATE SALMON WITH MIX OF 2 TEASPOONS OF SOY SAUCE, 2 CLOVES OF PRESSED GARLIC, 1 SERVING OF FRESH ITALIAN HERBS, 1 DASH OF TUMERIC AND 1 SERVING OF PEPPER 1/2 HOUR BEFORE COOKING.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
- PLACE SALMON ON BAKING TREY AND COOK FOR APPROXIMATELY 14-15 MINUTES IN CENTER OF OVEN AFTER MARINATING.
- REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOKING TREY.
- SERVE AND ENJOY!
