GINGER-LEMON ICED TEA
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 CELESTIAL GINGERBREAED TEA BAGS
- 4 CUPS OF WATER
- 24 ICE CUBES
- 1 SQUEEZED LEMON
- 2 TEASPOONS OF GROUND OR FRESH SHREDDED GINGER
- 4 TEASPOONS OF MONK FRUIT SWEETENER
MAKE ORGANIC. THIS IS VEGAN!
DIRECTIONS:
- BOIL 4 CUPS OF WATER IN A POT.
- ONCE WATER IS HEATED, REMOVE FROM STOVE AND POOR HOT WATER IN HEAT SAFE CONTAINER AND ADD 4 TEA BAGS.
- KEEP TEA BAGS IN WATER AND PUT IN THE REFRIDGERATOR WHEN IT COOLS ENOUGH.
- REFRIGERATE AN HOUR OR MORE TO LET COOL, ADD 2 TEASPOONS OF GINGER AND 4 TEASPOONS OF MONK FRUIT SWEETENER AND MIX WELL.
- SERVE IN LARGE GLASS FULL OF ICE. SQUEEZE AND ADD SLICED LEMON.
- MIX WELL THEN SERVE.
MAKES 4 GLASSES OF ICED TEA.
