1 TEASPOON OF SALT
YOU NEED A DEHYDRATOR FOR THIS DISH!
THIS DISH IS RAW VEGAN!
DIRECTIONS:
PLACE ALL PEPPERS AND ONION IN FOOD PROCESSOR AND MIX UNTIL THERE IS A PUREE. IN LARGE BOWL, MIX 1 POUND OF GROUND GOLDEN FLAX SEEDS WITH PUREE ADDING SALT AND ITALIAN SEASONING.
ONCE FULLY MIXED, SPREAD FLAT MAKING A SQUARE ON 3 SEPERATE DEHYDRATION SHEETS.
PLACE IN A DEHYDRATOR. DEHYDRATE FOR 1 HOUR AND PULL FROM DEHYDRATOR AND CUT SQUARES INTO 5 X 5 ROWES MAKING 25 EQUAL PIECES. PLACE BACK IN DEHYDRATOR.
DEHYDRATE FOR 3 HOURS AND TURN CRACKERS OVER REMOVING FROM DEHYDRATION SHEET AND PLACING ON RACK IN DEHYDRATOR. DEHYDRATE FOR SIX MORE HOURS TURNING OVER ONE MORE TIME IN 3 HOURS. DEHYDRATE UNTIL CRACKERS TEXTURE OF CHOICE IS REACHED.
