HOMEMADE MAC-N-CHEESE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 BOX OF MACARONI NOODLES
- 8 OUNCES OF SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 4 OUNCES OF CREAM CHEESE
- 1 CUP OF MILK
- 1 1/2 OUNCES OF BUTTER
- 3 TABLESPOONS OF ALMOND FLOUR
- 1 TABLESPOON OF PEPPER
USE PLANT BASED INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THIS A VEGETARIAN DISH!
DIRECTIONS:
- BOIL MACARONI OF YOUR CHOICE AND STRAIN WHEN FINISHED.
- IN SEPARATE POT, MELT 8 OUNCES OF SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE WITH 4 OUNCES OF CREAM CHEESE AND 1 CUP OF MILK PLUS 3 TABLESPOONS OF ALMOND FLOUR. CONTINUE TO MIX WELL THROUGH MELT.
- WHEN AT BEST MELT, REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD TO A LARGE BOWL WITH MACARONI SHELLS.
- MIX THOROUGHLY AND LET SIT FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
- SERVE AND ENJOY!
