HOMEMADE MAC-N-CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 BOX OF MACARONI NOODLES
  • 8 OUNCES OF SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 4 OUNCES OF CREAM CHEESE
  • 1 CUP OF MILK
  • 1 1/2 OUNCES OF BUTTER
  • 3 TABLESPOONS OF ALMOND FLOUR
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF PEPPER


USE PLANT BASED INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THIS A VEGETARIAN DISH!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. BOIL MACARONI OF YOUR CHOICE AND STRAIN WHEN FINISHED.
  2. IN SEPARATE POT, MELT 8 OUNCES OF SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE WITH 4 OUNCES OF CREAM CHEESE AND 1 CUP OF MILK PLUS 3 TABLESPOONS OF ALMOND FLOUR. CONTINUE TO MIX WELL THROUGH MELT.
  3. WHEN AT BEST MELT, REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD TO A LARGE BOWL WITH MACARONI SHELLS.
  4. MIX THOROUGHLY AND LET SIT FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  5. SERVE AND ENJOY!
