  • 2 CLOVES OF PRESSED GARLIC (OR FINELY MINCED GARLIC)
  • 2 SERVINGS OF OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TEASPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 1/2 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR


THIS DISH IS VEGAN!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. LIGHTLY TOAST 12 MULTI GRAIN BRUSCHETTA BREAD SLICES.
  2. FINELY DICE 1 ROMA TOMATO PUT IN A MIXING BOWL.NEXT, FINELY DICE SCALLIONS AND PRESS GARLIC ADD TO SAME BOWL ALONG WITH ITALIAN SEASONING, PEPPER, 2 SERVINGS OF OLIVE OIL AND 1 SERVING OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR. MIX WELL.
  3. ADD MIX TO EACH MULTI GRAIN BRUSCHETTA BREAD.
