- 2 SERVINGS OF OLIVE OIL
- 1 TEASPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONING
- 1/2 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
- 1 TABLESPOON OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR
THIS DISH IS VEGAN!
DIRECTIONS:
- LIGHTLY TOAST 12 MULTI GRAIN BRUSCHETTA BREAD SLICES.
- FINELY DICE 1 ROMA TOMATO PUT IN A MIXING BOWL.NEXT, FINELY DICE SCALLIONS AND PRESS GARLIC ADD TO SAME BOWL ALONG WITH ITALIAN SEASONING, PEPPER, 2 SERVINGS OF OLIVE OIL AND 1 SERVING OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR. MIX WELL.
