SAUTE YELLOW SQUASH
INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 YELLOW SQUASH
  • 1 GRAM OF ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 2 OUNCES OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • 2 OUNCES OF OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF PEPPER


THIS DISH IS VEGAN!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. CUT YELLOW SQUASH IN CHUNKS AND PLACE IN FRYING PAN.
  2. ADD 1 GRAM OF ITALIAN SEASONING AND 1 TABLESPOON OF PEPPER.
  3. THEN ADD 2 OUNCES OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND 2 OUNCES OF OLIVE OIL.
  4. COOK ON MEDIUM TO MEDUIM-HIGH FOR 8-12 MINUTES AND MIX OFTEN UNTIL SQUASH IS TO DESIRED COOK.
  5. SERVE AND ENJOY!
