- 1 SERVING OF MAYONNAISE
- 1 SERVING OF BUTTER
- 2 DASHES OF PEPPER
SUBSTITUTE PLANT BASED INGREDIENTS
TO MAKE VEGETARIAN!
DIRECTIONS:
- MIX 2 EGGS IN A BOWL AND ADD TO A GREASED FRYING PAN. COOK 2-5 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
- THEN ADD 2 DASHES OF GARLIC AND 2 DASHES OF PEPPER.
- NEXT, ADD CHEESE 30 SECONDS BEFORE EGGS ARE PULLED FROM FRYING PAN.
- NEXT, ADD COOKED EGGS AND CHEESE TO CUBAN BREAD CUT ABOUT 10 INCHES.
- BUTTER THE BREAD ON THE OUTSIDE AND PRESS A FEW MINUTES UNTIL YOU HAVE A PRESSED CUBAN EGG AND CHEESE SANDWICH!
- CUT INTO 2 SLICES.
