MARGARITA CAULIFLOWER PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST
  • 3 OUNCES OF PIZZA SAUCE
  • 1 MEDIUIM DICED ROMA TOMATO
  • 1/2 DICED SWEET ONION
  • 5 FINELY CUT BASIL LEAVES
  • 2 GARLIC PIECES PRESSED OR MINCED GARLIC
  • 3 OUNCES OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  • 1 SERVING OF ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE


DIRECTIONS:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES.
  2. USE 1 CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST AND COVER WITH 3 OUNCES OF PIZZA SAUCE.
  3. ADD 1 OUNCE OF SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE OVER TOP OF PIZZA THEN ADD FINELY DICED ROMA TOMATO WITH FINELY DICED ONIONS AND THEN ADD PRESSED OR MINCED GARLIC OVER TOP.
  4. ADD 2 OUNCES OF SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE OVER TOP OF PIZZA THEN 1 SERVING OF ITALIAN SEASONING.
  5. PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR 9-12 MINUTES OR UNTIL DESIRED BAKE.
  6. REMOVE AND ADD FINELY CUT BASIL LEAVES.
  7. CUT PIZZA, SERVE AND ENJOY!


NOTE:

PIZZA WILL BE HOT! LET COOL A MINUTE.
