RECIPE 20:
PRESSED CUBAN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1- 12 INCH SLICE OF CUBAN BREAD
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
  • 4 PICKLE CHIPS
  • 2 SLICES OF HAM
  • 2 SLICES OF ROAST PORK
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF MAYONNAISE
  • 2 TEASPOONS OF YELLOW MUSTARD
  • 2 SLICES OF SWISS CHEESE
  • 3 SLICES OF TOMATOES
  • 1 LEAF OF LETTUCE
  • 2 SERVINGS OF SLICED ONION


DIRECTIONS:

  1. USE OF 12 INCH CUT OF CUBAN BREAD.
  2. ADD YELLOW MUSTARD AND MAYONNAISE.
  3. THEN PLACE SLICES OF HAM AND SLICES OF ROAST PORK ON THE BREAD FOLLOWED BY SLICES OF CHEESE AND SLICED PICKLES.
  4. NEXT, ADD LETTUCE, TOMATOES AND ONIONS.
  5. SPREAD BUTTER ON OUTSIDE OF BREAD.
  6. HEAT SANDWICH WITH PRESS OR USE SPATULA TO PRESS IN PAN.
