PRESSED CUBAN SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:
- 1- 12 INCH SLICE OF CUBAN BREAD
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
- 4 PICKLE CHIPS
- 2 SLICES OF HAM
- 2 SLICES OF ROAST PORK
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF MAYONNAISE
- 2 TEASPOONS OF YELLOW MUSTARD
- 2 SLICES OF SWISS CHEESE
- 3 SLICES OF TOMATOES
- 1 LEAF OF LETTUCE
- 2 SERVINGS OF SLICED ONION
DIRECTIONS:
- USE OF 12 INCH CUT OF CUBAN BREAD.
- ADD YELLOW MUSTARD AND MAYONNAISE.
- THEN PLACE SLICES OF HAM AND SLICES OF ROAST PORK ON THE BREAD FOLLOWED BY SLICES OF CHEESE AND SLICED PICKLES.
- NEXT, ADD LETTUCE, TOMATOES AND ONIONS.
- SPREAD BUTTER ON OUTSIDE OF BREAD.
- HEAT SANDWICH WITH PRESS OR USE SPATULA TO PRESS IN PAN.
