  • 1 LARGE RED BELL PEPPER
  • 1 AVOCADO
  • 1/4 CUP OF CELERY LEAFS
  • 3 SERVINGS OF ITALIAN SPICES
  • 1/2 TEASPOON OF ROSEMARY
  • 1/2 TEASPOON OF THYME
  • 3 DASHES OF BLACK PEPPER
  • 10 PRESSED CLOVES OF GARLIC
  • 2 CUPS OF FILTERD WATER


THIS DISH IS RAW VEGAN!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. IN A BLENDER, ADD CUT RED BELL PEPPER WITHOUT SEEDS, SLICED AVOCADO, 1/4 CUP OF CELERY LEAFS, 3 SERVINGS OF ITALIAN SPICES, 1 DASH OF ROSEMARY AND THYME, 1 SERVING OF BLACK PEPPER, 10 PRESSED CLOVES OF GARLIC AND 2 CUPS OF FILTER WATER.
  2. NEXT BLEND WELL UNTIL MIXTURE IS OF CREAMY TEXTURE WITHOUT LEAFS OR PEELS PRESENT.
