  • 1/4 POUND OF VEGAN PLANT BASED GROUND BEEF
  • 2 MEDIUM RUSSET POTATOS SLICED
  • 3 SLICED CARROTS
  • 1 CAN OF LOW SODIUM BLACK BEANS
  • 1 DICED SWEET ONION
  • 1 CUP OF BABY CHOPPED SPINACH
  • 1 PRESSED BULB OF GARLIC
  • 1- 32 OUNCES OF VEGAN VEGETABLE BROTH
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF CILANTRO
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF TUMERIC
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONINGS


THIS IS VEGAN!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. COOK 1/4 POUND OF PLANT BASED GROUND BEEF.
  2. IN A LARGE POT, PLACE VEGAN BROTH IN POT AND COOK ON MEDIUM.
  3. ADD SLICED POTATOES, CARROTS, ONIONS, SPINACH, PRESSED GARLIC, BLACK BEANS, CILANTRO, TUMERIC, AND ITALIAN SEASONINGS.
  4. COOK ON MEDIUM FOR 15 MINUTES THEN LOWER TO LOW HEAT AND LET SIMMMER FOR ADDITON 20-30 MINUTES.
