- 1/4 POUND OF VEGAN PLANT BASED GROUND BEEF
- 2 MEDIUM RUSSET POTATOS SLICED
- 3 SLICED CARROTS
- 1 CAN OF LOW SODIUM BLACK BEANS
- 1 DICED SWEET ONION
- 1 CUP OF BABY CHOPPED SPINACH
- 1 PRESSED BULB OF GARLIC
- 1- 32 OUNCES OF VEGAN VEGETABLE BROTH
- 1 TABLESPOON OF CILANTRO
- 1 TABLESPOON OF TUMERIC
- 1 TABLESPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONINGS
THIS IS VEGAN!
DIRECTIONS:
- COOK 1/4 POUND OF PLANT BASED GROUND BEEF.
- IN A LARGE POT, PLACE VEGAN BROTH IN POT AND COOK ON MEDIUM.
- ADD SLICED POTATOES, CARROTS, ONIONS, SPINACH, PRESSED GARLIC, BLACK BEANS, CILANTRO, TUMERIC, AND ITALIAN SEASONINGS.
- COOK ON MEDIUM FOR 15 MINUTES THEN LOWER TO LOW HEAT AND LET SIMMMER FOR ADDITON 20-30 MINUTES.
