PRESSED CHEESE & BEAN MELT IN TORTILLA
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 SERVING OF SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1/4 CAN OF REFRIED BEANS
- 1/4 CUP OF COOKED BROWN RICE
- 1 PROTEIN WRAP
- 1 TABLE
DIRECTIONS:
- IN A SOFT TORTILLA PROTEIN WRAP, ADD 1 SERVING OF HEATED REFRIED BEANS, SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE AND COOKED BROWN RICE.
- WRAP ALL AND MAKE SURE SEALED.
- PRESS IN A GRILL FOR 3 MINUTES OR HEAT IN TOASTER OVEN AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL BEANS AND CHEESE MELT TOGETHER.
- REMOVE FROM PRESS OR TOASTER OVEN AND PREPARE ONE SIDE OF SOUR CREAM FOR DIPPING.
