PRESSED CHEESE & BEAN MELT IN TORTILLA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 SERVING OF SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1/4 CAN OF REFRIED BEANS
  • 1/4 CUP OF COOKED BROWN RICE
  • 1 PROTEIN WRAP
  • 1 TABLE


DIRECTIONS:

  1. IN A SOFT TORTILLA PROTEIN WRAP, ADD 1 SERVING OF HEATED REFRIED BEANS, SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE AND COOKED BROWN RICE.
  2. WRAP ALL AND MAKE SURE SEALED.
  3. PRESS IN A GRILL FOR 3 MINUTES OR HEAT IN TOASTER OVEN AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL BEANS AND CHEESE MELT TOGETHER.
  4. REMOVE FROM PRESS OR TOASTER OVEN AND PREPARE ONE SIDE OF SOUR CREAM FOR DIPPING.
