  • 1 SERVING OF SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1 SERVING OF DICED ONIONS
  • 3 SPINACH LEAVES
  • 1 SERVING OF DICED TOMATO
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF SOUR CREAM
  • 1 PROTEIN WRAP


SUBSTITUTE PLANT BASED CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM TO MAKE VEGAN!


DIRECTIONS:

  1. CUT AVOCADO INTO SLICES AND PLACE IN LARGE WRAP OF CHOICE.
  2. ADD ONIONS, TOMATOS, AND SPINACH TO WRAP.
  3. THEN, ADD SHREDDED CHEDDAR TO UNCOOKED WRAP.
  4. ADD 1 SERVING OF SOUR CREAM TO TORTILLA.
  5. TUCK BOTTOM AND ROLL INTO SNUG WRAP.
  6. PRESS IN GRILL FOR 4 MINUTES. PRESS EACH SIDE 2 MINUTES.
