SPINACH, VEGGIES AND YOUGURT FRESH SOUP
EAT ORGANIC ALWAYS OR WHENEVER POSSIBLE!
SPINACH, VEGGIES AND YOUGURT FRESH SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
- 10 OUNCES OF FAT FREE GREEK YOGURT
- 1/2 CHOPPED AVCADO
- 1 CUP OF CHOPPED SPINACH
- 1/4 CUP OF CILANTRO
- 2 SCALLIONS
- 2 PEPPER RINGS
- 1/2 OUNCE OF LEMON JUICE
- 1 CLOVE OF PRESSED GARLIC
- 1 TEASPOON OF TAMARI
- 4 DASHES OF PAPRIKA
THIS IS A NO COOK SOUP.
DIRECTIONS:
- ADD YOGURT INTO BLENDER AND MIX ON MEDIUM ADDING OTHER INGREDIENTS SLOWLY. YOU MAY NEED TO STOP BLENDER AND MIX WITH LONG SPOON. REMOVE SPOON THEN BLEND UNTIL SOUP TEXTURE IS REACHED.
- ONCE SOUP TEXTURE IS REACHED, POUR EQUAL AMOUNTS INTO 2 SEPERATE BOWLS.
- TOP EACH BOWL WITH THINLY SLICED PEPPER RINGS AND ADD 2 DASHES OF PAPRIKA TO THE CENTER OF EACH BOWL.
- SERVE AND ENJOY!
