INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ITALIAN ZUCCHINI
- 8 OUNCES OF TOMATO AND BASIL SAUCE
- 1/4 POUND OF BEYOND BEEF
- 1 TABLESPOON OF GARLIC POWDER
- 2 FINELY MINCED OR PRESSED GARLIC CLOVES
- 5 LEAVES OF FRESH CHOPPED BASIL
- 1 SERVING OF BLACK PEPPER
THIS DISH IS VEGAN!
DIRECTIONS:
- COOK BEYOND BEEF FOR 8 MINUTES ON MEDIUM ADDING GARLIC POWDER AND PEPPER UNTIL BROWNED.
- ADD TOMATO AND BASIL SAUCE TO PAN WITH COOKED BEYOND BEEF PLUS 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC AND MIX WELL AND LET SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES.
- USE A JULIENNE SLICER TO CUT ZUCCHINI REMOVING SKIN AND MAKING STRINGS OF RAW PASTA.
- PLACE ZUCCHINI PASTA IN A BOWL AND ADD WARM TOMATO SAUCE OVER PASTA.
- SERVE AND ENJOY!
