WARMED VEGAN BEEF, GARLIC, TOMATO, AND BASIL SAUCE OVER RAW PASTA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ITALIAN ZUCCHINI
  • 8 OUNCES OF TOMATO AND BASIL SAUCE
  • 1/4 POUND OF BEYOND BEEF
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF GARLIC POWDER
  • 2 FINELY MINCED OR PRESSED GARLIC CLOVES
  • 5 LEAVES OF FRESH CHOPPED BASIL
  • 1 SERVING OF BLACK PEPPER


THIS DISH IS VEGAN!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. COOK BEYOND BEEF FOR 8 MINUTES ON MEDIUM ADDING GARLIC POWDER AND PEPPER UNTIL BROWNED.
  2. ADD TOMATO AND BASIL SAUCE TO PAN WITH COOKED BEYOND BEEF PLUS 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC AND MIX WELL AND LET SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES.
  3. USE A JULIENNE SLICER TO CUT ZUCCHINI REMOVING SKIN AND MAKING STRINGS OF RAW PASTA.
  4. PLACE ZUCCHINI PASTA IN A BOWL AND ADD WARM TOMATO SAUCE OVER PASTA.
  5. SERVE AND ENJOY!
