GARLIC HERB AND ITALIAN SPICED BAKED SALMON

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 OUNCES FRESH SALMON FILET
  • 1 TEASPOON OF GARLIC HERB SEASONING
  • 1 TEASPOON OF OREGANO
  • 1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
  • 3 SLICES OF LEMON
  • 1 OUNCE OF OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER


NOTE: USE MORE OR LESS SEASONING IF DESIRED.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. COAT SALMON WITH OLIVE OIL AND PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF GARLIC HERB AND 1 TEASPOON OF OREGANO SPICES AND 1 TEASPONN OF PEPPER ON BOTH SIDES OF SALMON FILET. SQUEEZE 1 LEMON SLICE ON FILET.
  2. BAKE SALMON ON 400 DEGREES FOR 8 - 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER AND READY.
  3. MELT 2 TEASPOONS OF BUTTER ON LOW UNTIL MELTED AND WARM.
  4. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ADD MELTED BUTTER OVER TOP OF FILET.
  5. SERVE WITH 2 LEMON WEDGES AND ENJOY!
