GARLIC HERB AND ITALIAN SPICED BAKED SALMON
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 OUNCES FRESH SALMON FILET
- 1 TEASPOON OF GARLIC HERB SEASONING
- 1 TEASPOON OF OREGANO
- 1 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
- 3 SLICES OF LEMON
- 1 OUNCE OF OLIVE OIL
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER
NOTE: USE MORE OR LESS SEASONING IF DESIRED.
DIRECTIONS:
- COAT SALMON WITH OLIVE OIL AND PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF GARLIC HERB AND 1 TEASPOON OF OREGANO SPICES AND 1 TEASPONN OF PEPPER ON BOTH SIDES OF SALMON FILET. SQUEEZE 1 LEMON SLICE ON FILET.
- BAKE SALMON ON 400 DEGREES FOR 8 - 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER AND READY.
- MELT 2 TEASPOONS OF BUTTER ON LOW UNTIL MELTED AND WARM.
- REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ADD MELTED BUTTER OVER TOP OF FILET.
- SERVE WITH 2 LEMON WEDGES AND ENJOY!
