STEAMED BROCCOLI WITH PARMESAN, OLIVE OIL, & GARLIC

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 CROWN OF BROCCOLI
  • 3 TABLESPOONS OF PARMESAN
  • 3 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF GARLIC POWDER


SUBSTITUE PLANT BASED CHEESE TO MAKE VEGAN!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. CUT BROCCOLI CROWN INTO PIECES THAT CAN BE PLACED IN A STEAMING BASKET.
  2. FILL WATER TO PROPER LEVEL AND ADD STEAMING BASKET FULL OF CUT BROCCOLI AND STEAM APPROXIMATELY 8 MINUTES.
  3. PULL STEAMING BASKET AND PLACE BROCCOLI IN BOWL
  4. ADD PARMESAN CHEESE, OLIVE OIL, AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF GARLIC POWDER THEN MIX WELL.
  5. SERVE AND ENJOY!
