INGREDIENTS:
- 4 DICED ROMA TOMATOES
- 2 CUPS TOMATO SAUCE
- 1/2 DICED ONION
- 1/2 CUP OF DICED GREEN PEPPERS
- 3 CELERY STICKS DICED
- 9 DICED OR PRESSED CLOVES OF GARLIC
- 1 CAN OF PINTO BEANS
- 1 CAN OF KIDNEY BEANS
- 1/4 CUP OF CILANTRO
- 1 OUNCE OF VEGAN CHILI SEASONING
THIS DISH IS VEGAN!
DIRECTIONS:
- IN A COOKING POT ADD TOMATOES, GARLIC, TOMATO SAUCE, DICED ONIONS, GREEN PEPPERS, AND CELERY.
- THEN ADD PINTO AND KIDNEY BEANS
- NEXT, ADD CHOPPED CILANTRO AND AN ONE OUNCE PACKAGE OF VEGAN CHILI SEASONING.
- MIX THOROUGHLY, AND HEAT ON MED-HIGH FOR 3 MINUTES AND BRING TO A SIMMER AND LET COOK FOR 30 MINUTES.
- TEST UNTIL READY THEN SERVE AND ENJOY!
