VEGAN CHILI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 DICED ROMA TOMATOES
  • 2 CUPS TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1/2 DICED ONION
  • 1/2 CUP OF DICED GREEN PEPPERS
  • 3 CELERY STICKS DICED
  • 9 DICED OR PRESSED CLOVES OF GARLIC
  • 1 CAN OF PINTO BEANS
  • 1 CAN OF KIDNEY BEANS
  • 1/4 CUP OF CILANTRO
  • 1 OUNCE OF VEGAN CHILI SEASONING


THIS DISH IS VEGAN!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. IN A COOKING POT ADD TOMATOES, GARLIC, TOMATO SAUCE, DICED ONIONS, GREEN PEPPERS, AND CELERY.
  2. THEN ADD PINTO AND KIDNEY BEANS
  3. NEXT, ADD CHOPPED CILANTRO AND AN ONE OUNCE PACKAGE OF VEGAN CHILI SEASONING.
  4. MIX THOROUGHLY, AND HEAT ON MED-HIGH FOR 3 MINUTES AND BRING TO A SIMMER AND LET COOK FOR 30 MINUTES.
  5. TEST UNTIL READY THEN SERVE AND ENJOY!
