BAKED GOAT CHEESE WITH MARINARA AND WARM BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 OUNCES OF GOAT CHEESE
  • 6 OUNCES OF ORGANIC TOMATO BASIL SAUCE
  • 2 TEASPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TEASPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 3 TABLESPOONS OF BREADCRUMBS
  • 12 MULTIGRAIN BAGUETTE SLICES OF BREAD
  • 1 EGG


DIRECTIONS:

  1. CUT GOAT CHEESE LOG INTO SEPERATE 2 OUNCE MEDALLIANS THEN DIP IN EGG BATTER AND TOSS IN BREAD CRUMBELS.
  2. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES AND COOK 2 GOAT CHEESE MEDALLIANS (2 OUNCES EACH) ON A BAKING SHEET FOR 8 MINUTES.
  3. HEAT 6 OUNCES OF MARINARA IN A PAN FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL DESIRED COOK REACHED.
  4. CUT 12 MULTIGRAIN BAGUETTE SLICES ADDING OLIVE OIL AND ITALIAN SEASONINGS OVER BREAD SLICES AND LIGHTLY TOAST.
  5. ADD MARINARA TO EMPTY BOWL AND TOP IN CENTER WITH GOAT CHEESE MEDALLIANS.
  6. ADD A COUPLE SPOONS IN BOWL TO SCOOP THEN SERVE AND ENJOY!


NOTE:

USE SPOONS TO DIP INTO GOAT CHEESE AND MARINARA AND ADD TO BREAD SLILCES.
