BAKED GOAT CHEESE WITH MARINARA AND WARM BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 OUNCES OF GOAT CHEESE
- 6 OUNCES OF ORGANIC TOMATO BASIL SAUCE
- 2 TEASPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
- 1 TEASPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONING
- 3 TABLESPOONS OF BREADCRUMBS
- 12 MULTIGRAIN BAGUETTE SLICES OF BREAD
- 1 EGG
DIRECTIONS:
- CUT GOAT CHEESE LOG INTO SEPERATE 2 OUNCE MEDALLIANS THEN DIP IN EGG BATTER AND TOSS IN BREAD CRUMBELS.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES AND COOK 2 GOAT CHEESE MEDALLIANS (2 OUNCES EACH) ON A BAKING SHEET FOR 8 MINUTES.
- HEAT 6 OUNCES OF MARINARA IN A PAN FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL DESIRED COOK REACHED.
- CUT 12 MULTIGRAIN BAGUETTE SLICES ADDING OLIVE OIL AND ITALIAN SEASONINGS OVER BREAD SLICES AND LIGHTLY TOAST.
- ADD MARINARA TO EMPTY BOWL AND TOP IN CENTER WITH GOAT CHEESE MEDALLIANS.
- ADD A COUPLE SPOONS IN BOWL TO SCOOP THEN SERVE AND ENJOY!
NOTE:
USE SPOONS TO DIP INTO GOAT CHEESE AND MARINARA AND ADD TO BREAD SLILCES.
