NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER TREATS WITH RASBERRY CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 CUP OF CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
  • 1/4 CUP OF ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP
  • 2 OUNCES OF SHREDDED NO SUGAR COCONUT
  • 1 SERVING OF GHIRADELLI RASBERRY CHOCOLATE
  • 1/2 CUP OF ORGANIC OATS
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF COCOUNUT OIL


THIS DISH NO BAKE VEGETARIAN BY USING PLANT BASED INGREDIENTS.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. ADD 1 CUP OF ORGANIC CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER TO A LARGE BOWL. NEXT ADD 2 OUNCES OF ORGANIC NO SUGAR SHREDDED COCONUT, 1/4 CUP OF ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP, AND 1/2 CUP OF ORGANIC OATS. MIX UNTIL ALL INGREDIENTS ARE TOGETHER WELL.
  2. IN A SMALL POT ON LOW HEAT ADD 1 SERVING OF GHIRDELLI RASBERRY CHOCOLATE (2 PIECES) AND 1 TABLESPOON OF ORGANIC COCONUT OIL AND MIX AND MELT FOR A FEW MINUTES.
  3. IN A SMALL MUFFIN TRAY (USUALLY 12 SPACES) FILL INGREDIENTS MIXTURE IN TO EACH SPACE UNTIL FULL LEAVING A SMALL INDENTION ALL THE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS.
  4. PORE MELTED CHOCOLATE AND COCOUNT OIL WITH SPOON OVER EACH PEANUT BUTTER CUP AND BE CAREFUL NOT TO ADD TOO MUCH.
  5. PLACE IN A FREEZER FOR ABOUT AN HOUR THEN PULL AND SERVE.

IF THERE IS LEFT OVER MIXTURE AND CHOCOLATE YOU CAN USE SMALL DESERT CUP AND MAKE AN ADDITIONAL PEANUT BUTTER TREAT!
