SHEPARD'S PIE

SHEPARD’S PIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 POUND OF PLANT BASED GROUND BEEF
  • 5 RUSSET POTATOES
  • 1 CAN OF VEGAN VEGETABLE SOUP
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF PEPPER
  • 1 TEASPOON OF SALT
  • 1/4 STICK OF VEGAN OLIVE OIL BUTTER
  • 1/4 CUP OF ALMOND MILK
  • 4 OUNCES OF VEGAN SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 TEASPOON OF ITALIAN SEASONING


USE PLANT BASED INGREDIENTS TO MAKE VEGAN!

CAN BE ALSO MADE WITH REAL BEEF, CHEESE, BUTTER AND MILK!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.
  2. BROWN 1 POUND OF GROUND BEEF.
  3. PEEL AND BOIL POTATOES FOR 20 – 30 MINUTES, DRAIN, THEN PLACE IN A BOWL.
  4. ADD ¼ STICK OF BUTTER AND 1/4 CUP OF MILK AMD MASH UNTIL SMOOTH THROUGHOUT.
  5. ADD 1 CAN OF VEGETABLE SOUP TO BROWNED GROUND BEEF, THEN COOK FOR 3-5 MINUTES ON MEDIUM ADDING PEPPER, SALT, AND GARLIC POWDER.
  6. REMOVE AND PLACE IN A 12 X12 BAKING DISH.
  7. TOP WITH MASH POTATOES AND LAST WITH SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE.
  8. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN @ 400 DEGREES FOR APPROXIMATELY 10-15 MINUTES.
  9. REMOVE WHEN TOP BEGINS TO BROWN.
  10. LET COOL FOR 2 MINUTES, SERVE AND ENJOY!
